A 50% deposit is required before orders go in to production. Balance is due at the time your order is picked up or installed. All Order Contracts must be reviewed and signed off on. Cancellations are not accepted after production begins. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you.
CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
Classic Window Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that its product, properly installed and maintained in the window or door for which it was made, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the shutters from the date of purchase. The paint and finish is warranted for a period of three years from date of purchase.
The obligation of Classic Window Furniture, and its designated retailers is limited to repair or replacement of the shutters or components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use when the product is returned to Classic Window Furniture. All expenses are to be paid by the original purchaser. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
This warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from improper handling, improper installation and maintenance, normal wear and tear, or misuse, abuse, misapplication, exposure to the elements of fire, flood or other acts of God. Classic Window Furniture will not be liable for trip charges, measuring, disassembly, removal, reassemble, or reinstallation of this product, nor for damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Classic Window Furniture, its dealers or retailers be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product. The dealer will work directly with Classic Window Furniture to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components without charge. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
This warranty does not imply automatic replacement of the product. Classic Window Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace any product at our discretion.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
